Why we exist
Our founder spent more than two decades inside hospital and healthcare marketing and watched the same problem repeat: exceptional doctors and hospitals losing patients to competitors who were simply better at showing up online.
Generalist agencies treated hospitals like any other business. They chased vanity metrics over patient outcomes, overlooked advertising rules, and sent reports that meant nothing to hospital management. They lacked the medical literacy to write content a doctor would approve, and missed how differently cardiology, oncology, orthopaedics or maternity patients think and decide.
He founded MedGrowth Digital to work differently: a digital marketing firm and marketing consultancy dedicated to hospitals, doctors and healthcare brands, combining AI-assisted execution with experienced human judgement and compliance review at every step.
Who leads the work
Bhaskar Gohain founded MedGrowth Digital in 2026. His career spans hospital marketing leadership, national marketing and brand roles at global medical device companies, and regional brand responsibility across South Asia.
